WWHO-TV and Enticent, Inc. (collectively, 'us', 'we', 'Operators') have created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to privacy. This privacy statement discloses the types of information we gather about you online when you visit the Agent Good Green website ("Site"), how we may use that information, whether we disclose it to anyone, and the choices you have regarding our use of, and your ability to correct the information.

This privacy statement (the "Policy") is a part of the Site's Terms and Conditions, which is binding on all Site users. This Policy applies only to information collected by the Operators and does not cover information collected by any other company unless otherwise specifically stated. OUR COLLECTION, USE, AND DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION

Registration Information

Our Site's registration form requires you to give us an email address for your parent or legal guardian and requires you to create a username and submit non-personally identifying certain demographic information such as your zip code, age and/or gender. Your parent’s or legal guardian’s email address is the only personally identifiable information collected by us on the Site. (Information that may be personal in nature, but cannot identify who you are, is not personally identifiable information. For example, your username, zip code, age and gender all are personal in nature but are not considered personally identifiable information because they cannot be used to identify or contact you.) All users of the Site are required to provide true, current, complete and accurate email address for their parent or legal guardian when prompted and we will reject and delete any entry that we believe in good faith to be false, fraudulent, or inconsistent with this Policy.

We use the registration information that you submit solely to operate our Site and provide services relating to the Site. For example, when you register to use our Site, we will contact your parent or legal guardian using the email address you provide on the registration form, and if your parent or legal guardian does not confirm your account within 48 hours of registration, we will remove your information from our database. We also will use your parent’s or legal guardian’s contact information from the registration form to send information about the rewards service, to notify winners of auctions, sweepstakes, and contests, and to notify your parent or legal guardian about updates, new features, programming and Site activities that may be of interest to you. In addition, we give your parent the option to remove your information from our database, to not receive future communications, or to no longer receive our service, by submitting a request to Member Support.

To operate the Site, we must also share your registration information with our operational service providers, the specialists that provide internal support to the Operators relating to Site operations and activities and/or for Site design, development, hosting and operations, including maintenance, management, storage and/or fulfillment of our contests, sweepstakes, auctions and other Site services. Our operational service providers are not permitted to use your registration information for any purpose other than supporting Site activities, and are obligated to protect your privacy, and the privacy of your registration information, in accordance with the terms of this Policy.

Except as set forth above, we will not sell, exchange, rent, lease or otherwise disclose your registration information to any third party unless it is necessary: 1) to conform to regulatory and legal requirements or to comply with legal process; 2) to protect the safety and security of our users, employees, or property; 3) to efend the rights of the Site or the Operators; or 4) to enforce the Terms and Conditions of the Site.

Surveys

From time to time you will have the option of completing online surveys as a part of our Site. Our surveys ask you to provide non-personally identifying demographic information, but we will not ask you to provide personally identifying information as part of a survey. We also will not connect your survey responses to any personally identifiable information we may have. (As noted above, the only personally identifying information we collect on the Site is your parent’s or legal guardian’s email address.)

The information collected via Site surveys is used to tailor our visitors' experiences at our Site and may be shared with advertisers and other third parties in aggregate form.

Anonymous Access and Tracking Information

Our Site uses cookies and image tags to collect anonymous tracking information about users of our site. These cookies and image tags are not used to collect any personally identifying information.

In the event that the assets or stock of the Operators, their corporate licensees or parent company(s) are sold or transferred, merged with a different company or entity, restructured, or subject to other fundamental corporate changes, we reserve the right to disclose any and all databases compiled and all information collected by the Operators via the Site to such successor. We will seek to obligate the Operator's successor to agree to the terms of this Policy, as it may hereafter be modified, but cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so or that the successor company will comply with this obligation.

This Site is designed and targeted to United States (U.S.) audiences and is governed by and operated in accordance with the laws of the United States. We make no representation that this Site is operated in accordance with the laws or governed by other nations.
